Kinley Networks offers both onsite and remote IT services at a reasonable hourly rate and quotes for projects. My service area is within two hours of Saint Johns, Michigan.

I do not offer managed service contracts at this time. All support is by the hour or project.

 

I would be glad to discuss your technology needs at no charge and let you know if I can assist.

 

Labor Rates:
$80/hr - Residential Support
$100/hr - Business and Government Support
$120/hr - Business and Government Projects (quoted labor)

Technical support is billed in 15 minute increments.

One-way Travel Fee:
Free - 30 minute drive or less
$40 - for 31 to 59 minute drive
$60 - for 60 to 89 minute drive
$90 - for 90 to 120 minute drive

Travel time is from my office in Saint Johns, MI.

Onsite work has a minimum 1 hour labor charge if one-way travel is 1 hour or more.
